The Optrel Helix Quattro welding helmet is designed for performance in the toughest conditions; the slide-up welding helmet comes with internal ADF. The Optrel Helix Quattro complies with the optically highest classification according to EN379 of 1/1/1/1. This makes it ideal for even heavy and difficult welding tasks in extreme positions or angles. 

This helmet features a Panorama XXL field of view, this Quattro helmet has six times larger than the standard ADF lens view, and this patented nose cut-out is closer to your eyes, this results in a larger field of vision and separation between the eye area and the mouth and nose which means less tarnishing of the lens. It also has Shadetronic, which provides the right shading level all the time, also, a permanent sensor measures the intensity of the welding arc and continuously regulates the glare protection. This helmet also features Fadetronic functionality and a rechargeable battery unit, which charges through the welding arc; the 5-point multi-detection sensor technology ensures that the light shade is correct. 

This Helix is ideal for those requiring the convenient slide-up function and a large field of view with extremely bright and true colour vision when welding.

Shadetronic - Always the right shading level, fully automatic, stepless and continuously checks and measures the intensity of the welding arc; this then sets the glare protection of the shading level. This means you do not need to spend time changing the protection level. 

Fadetronic - this patented technology continuously regulates the ADF after welding, especially with the unpleasant afterglow in high ampere applications. This reduces eye fatigue compared to normal delay function, it fades out to switch off after welding, this prevents fatigue during work and protects your eyes.

Isofit Headgear-  This head gear is revolutionary and gives maximum comfort to the user, it is compatible with all Optrel helmets and comes as standard with this helmet.
